How do I check what plan I am on in the app and when it expires?

Can I cancel my existing Carbs & Cals Unlimited plan subscription early and get a refund before redeeming the 1-year code?

No, you cannot cancel an existing Carbs & Cals Unlimited Plan subscription early and receive a refund. It is advisable to wait until your current subscription expires before redeeming the 1-year code, to ensure you receive the full benefits of both subscriptions without any financial implications.

Can I transfer or sell the subscription code to someone else?

No, the subscription code is non-transferable and should only be used by the BDA DSG member to whom it is issued.

Is there an expiration date for the Unlimited Plan subscription code?

No, the code does not have an expiry date. Once it is redeemed it will give 1-year access to the unlimited plan.

Can I use the 1-year subscription for personal and professional purposes?

Yes, the subscription is intended for both personal and professional use by dietitians in their capacity as BDA DSG members.

What happens if I violate the terms and conditions?
