for 3-month App Subscription Offer

These terms & conditions govern the access to a 3-month subscription on the Carbs & Cals app. By redeeming the provided code, you agree to abide by these terms.

ELIGIBILITY

• This offer is valid for any user who is issued the code by their healthcare provider.
• Each user is entitled to one code only.

REDEMPTION PROCESS

• To redeem the 3-month subscription offer, users must enter the unique identifier code provided by their healthcare provider onto the offer redemption form.
• Upon submission of the unique identifier code, users will receive the subscription code via email. Follow instructions in the email to activate the 3-month subscription.
• By participating in this offer, users agree to opt-in to receive emails from Carbs & Cals. Users can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

EXISTING SUBSCRIPTIONS

• If you have an existing Unlimited subscription to the Carbs & Cals app, you should wait until it expires and ensure it is cancelled, before redeeming the 3-month code.

NON-TRANSFERABLE

• The subscription code is non-transferable and can only be used by the user to whom it is issued.

CODE EXPIRY

• The unique identifier code, provided by the healthcare provider, must be used within the specified timeframe of 1 year. After this period, the unique identifier code will expire and can not be used to redeem the offer.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS

• The 3-month subscription of the Carbs & Cals app is intended for personal use only.

MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

• Carbs & Cals reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

COMPLIANCE WITH APP TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Users must agree to and comply with the Carbs & Cals app’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as published on the Carbs & Cals website, and also in the Carbs & Cals app.

By redeeming the code, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Carbs & Cals reserves the right to revoke access to the 3-month subscription in the event of any breach of these terms.
