These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the World Diabetes Day offer (the “Offer”) provided by Chello Publishing Ltd, trading as Carbs & Cals (“we”, “our”, “us”). By redeeming a voucher or participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1. The Offer is open only to registered healthcare professionals (“HCPs”) based in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
2. To qualify, you must register for the Carbs & Cals app using a professional or affiliated email address, such as an NHS.net or other recognised UK healthcare organisation email.
3. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and may request additional information to confirm your professional status and UK affiliation.
2. Offer Details
1. Eligible participants will receive one (1) voucher for free three-month access to the Carbs & Cals Unlimited app subscription.
2. Only one voucher per person may be redeemed.
3. Vouchers cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged, or shared with any other individual. Any attempt to do so will invalidate the voucher.
4. Vouchers do not have a redemption expiry date; however, we reserve the right to withdraw or modify the Offer at any time without prior notice.
5. If you already have an active Carbs & Cals subscription, you may redeem the voucher once your current subscription expires.
3. How to Redeem
1. Follow the instructions provided on the Offer page or in the confirmation email to redeem your voucher.
2. A valid UK healthcare-affiliated email address must be used during registration.
3. We reserve the right to reject any redemption attempt that does not meet the eligibility requirements.

5. Data Sharing for Refund Processing
By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple’s policies and only as necessary to process your requests.
6. General Terms
1. The Offer is provided at our sole discretion and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
2. No cash alternative or refund will be provided.
3. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
4. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
