These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the World Diabetes Day offer (the “Offer”) provided by Chello Publishing Ltd, trading as Carbs & Cals (“we”, “our”, “us”). By redeeming this Offer or subscribing to the Carbs & Cals app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1. The Offer is open worldwide to individuals who are new customers, meaning they have never previously held a Carbs & Cals app subscription.
2. The Offer is not available to existing subscribers or users currently on a free trial. If your free trial was started outside the promotional offer window (11-17th November 2025), or converts to a paid subscription during the Offer period, the standard (non-discounted) price will apply.
3. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and may decline any redemption if the eligibility criteria are not met.
2. Offer Details
1. The Offer provides a discounted 1-year Carbs & Cals app subscription at a reduced price.
2. This is a paid annual plan with no free trial.
3. The Offer is available for subscriptions started between 11 November and 17 November 2025 (inclusive), as detailed on the Offer page: https://carbsandcals.com/app/world-diabetes-day/.
4. The discount applies only to the first year of the subscription. Standard renewal rates apply thereafter unless otherwise stated.
5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, voucher, or discount code.
6. The Offer is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and is valid only during the stated offer period.
3. How to Redeem
1. Download the app and take out an annual subscription via the in-app paywall. Eligible users will automatically be offered the discounted price for an Unlimited subscription. Follow the on-screen instructions to subscribe to the discounted annual plan.
2. The discounted price will be applied automatically at checkout during the Offer period.
3. Subscriptions purchased outside the Offer period or by ineligible users will be charged at the standard rate.

5. Data Sharing for Refund Processing
By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple’s policies and only as necessary to process your requests.
6. General Terms
1. The Offer is provided at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
2. No refunds, exchanges, or cash alternatives are available in connection with this Offer.
3. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
4. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
